As the lights dim on 2025, the team at Insideout Events is taking a moment to reflect. This year has been a whirlwind of creativity, late-night builds and the unique buzz that only a live exhibition can provide.
We believe a stand is more than just a physical structure. It is a stage for your brand’s story. From aerospace hubs in London to tech summits in Oslo, here are the moments that defined our 2025.
Leading the Way in Innovation
- MRO Europe (London ExCeL): Our largest project of the year. We supported 20 clients across the aerospace sector, creating precision-engineered spaces that matched the high-tech nature of aviation.
- Innovation Zero (London Olympia): We helped Nano Nuclear Energy showcase the future of clean tech, designing a space that translated complex microreactor technology into a compelling vision for policymakers and investors.
- IT²EC (Oslo): Proving that design knows no borders, we travelled to Norway to help Masa Group and Pitch Technologies demonstrate advanced defence simulations in a space that was both sophisticated and accessible.
Driving Growth and Infrastructure
- Automotive Management Live (NEC): For Bumper, we created a high-energy stand that captured their disruptive spirit, helping them stand out in a crowded digital payments market.
- Highways UK (NEC): We gave Clearview Intelligence and their SolarLite technology the spotlight, creating a hub for conversations about the future of green transport infrastructure.
Supporting Vital Services
- The OT Show & NCASC: Whether it was Prism Healthcare’s patient solutions or Magic Notes’ educational tools, these stands were about more than sales. They were about facilitating life-changing conversations in healthcare and children’s services.
- The National Painting and Decorating Show: A fantastic, hands-on event where we helped HB42 connect with the trade professionals who rely on their products every day.
