Ultinous Global Exhibition's
Ultinous are a fantastic customer that we began working with in early 2018. Since the relationship was established, we have worked with them to fulfil their needs for 8 events in the UK, Paris, Germany, America and Dubai.
For the Europe based events, Insideout was able to complete the full process from concept to final build.
For the US and Dubai we designed the stand, however as we understand the complexities and costs of sending Insideout staff abroad, we sourced a suitable supplier in the US and Dubai to build.
We still project managed in the lead up to the event by ordering all event services and acting as the communicator between Ultinous to the overseas stand builder. This saved Ultinous the hassle of dealing with multiple stand suppliers.
Ultinous knows that we have their best interests at heart; we know what they want, we have learnt how they work and so with little guidance. Ultinous can now trust us with the management of their worldwide events.
Timely 1920's Inspired Exhibition Stand
The Timely marketing team were introduced to us in mid 2021, where we were informed that their vision for Professional Beauty London was a 1920’s Hollywood theme. Our designer, Bret, got to work on bringing this vision to life and we believe that this paid off in real life.
We added 1920’s style wallpaper, dusky pinks and dark and gold tones across the stand to create that 1920’s feeling. A custom neon light and various 1920’s style jewellery and accessories were added to the stand in tech areas which we turned in to a “backstage” style display.
The show stopping elements of the stand were the hanging banner and the use of the large palm tree was also extremely eye catching across the hall.
For the 2022 event, Timely wanted to create a similar concept to that of 2021, with some structural amends to make the space work better. The accessories were updated from 2021 but the fancy and eye catching hanging banner remained.
In a relatively short space of time, the Timely team have become friends to the Insideout Events crew and when it comes to the overall planning and delivery of their exhibition stands, it is more of a 2 teams that have become 1 situation.

Last year, we wanted to create a unique looking stand with a glamorous 1920’s old Hollywood theme, and we needed it to stand out from the crowd. Our brief was to provide a live stage for talks and beauty demonstrations, and an incredible experience for our visitors with an instagrammable self-station. Boy did Gemma deliver! In just 6 short weeks, Gemma partnered with our creative team and brought to life a beautiful stand with vintage styling making us one of the most talked about brands at the show.
During our second year working together, we chose a modern design for our stand. Again Gemma did not disappoint. With warm neutrals and a soft pink colour for balance, everything was perfect.
Working with Gemma was one of the best decisions we made. She's a creative genius! She understood our vision immediately, and provided us with game-changing solutions with overhead signage. She does all the heavy lifting (almost literally!) managing supplier relationships, building audit checks, and onsite logistics. This was a huge mental load taken off me. As a client based on the other side of the world, and working in a completely different time zone to her, I could sleep peacefully at night knowing everything was taken care of.
