It is very rare that we come across a space that we haven’t built an exhibition stand in before so we have got a head start when it comes to planning your stand around the venue space. 

Next, we have to think about health and safety. What potential hazards are there? How can we work around this to ensure the safety of your staff, customers, and other exhibitors? Risk assessments are something you definitely do not want to overlook at this stage. The next thing is communication with the venue to discuss your stand and risk assessment and get this signed off as safe to build. Finally, we can get your stand built, transported, and installed onsite ready for you to exhibit. Yes, the person that you communicate with on planning the event and all of the lead up will also be the person managing the on site stand build.

Your Insideout exhibition event project manager will work with you from the moment that you have booked your stand space, from helping you to establish your budget, to creating designs to fill the space. They will manage the logistics of getting the stand and from the show, arrange all services required around the event (electrics, rigging, any other special requirements) and be there for any event-related help that you require. The Event Manager will also be on-site during the build-up of the stand to ensure that everything is being built to spec and running smoothly.

Insideout Events has an in-house stand building team, so we will manage your exhibition and build the stand.
