1. Consultation & Concept
During the first consultation, we discuss your budget and stand requirements, including storage, meeting areas and networking spaces, counters, and display screens. If you have brand guidelines or existing materials, we ensure they are seamlessly integrated into the design.
2. Design & Visualisation
Led by our Head Designer, Bret Sampson, who brings over 30 years of industry experience, we craft detailed technical drawings using SketchUp and generate realistic 3D renders. We provide animated walkthroughs for larger stands, offering a comprehensive preview of the final concept.
3. Client Collaboration & Refinement
Within one week, we present the initial design along with a full cost breakdown. Your feedback is key to achieving the perfect final look, and we revise the design as needed to meet your vision.

4. Graphics & Material Selection
Once the structural design is approved, we provide graphic layouts for your team to create artwork. If needed, we can assist with design. We also supply real-life samples of flooring, laminates, and paint colours to ensure your stand’s finishes align with your brand’s aesthetic.
5. Production & Assembly
With the design finalised, our skilled carpentry team in Redditch begins production, combining expert craftsmanship with CNC machining for intricate details. Structural drawings are generated to guide the workshop team, ensuring precision at every stage.
6. Installation & Dismantling
As your event approaches, we transport and install your stand at the venue. Our experienced team ensures a seamless setup, and after the event, we carefully dismantle and store reusable elements for future exhibitions.

Can I be involved in the design stage?
Yes you can be involved in the design but equally do not have to be as we have a dedicated designer who can take over the creative side if it is not your forte.
How long do exhibition stands take to make?
Depending on the size and detail, an exhibition stand can take anything from 1 day to 4 weeks to build in our workshop. We are limited to build days on site but most build days are typically 1 to 4 days.
Are you able to design the whole exhibition space?
Yes we can design the whole space.
Are exhibition stands reusable?
Yes exhibition stands are reusable. We can store elements of the stand. Most furniture and all AV and lighting are on a rental basis per show, the floor is new each show but it will definitely save you money to store those detailed bespoke items.
