The thing we’re best known for is exhibition stand design, construction, and installation but did you know we also offer exhibition freight services? When you’re exhibiting at an event, the last thing you want to do is figure out how you’re going to get your beautifully constructed stand to the event space. We offer freight services to ensure that your tradeshow experience can be completely seamless.

How Does Exhibition Logistics Work?

Once your stand is built, we need to get it to the venue. Our events project management team will oversee everything meticulously. Throughout the creation phase, we create checklists for everything that needs to go on the vehicle. After that, our workshop team guarantee that nothing is missed off the vehicle before our lorries head out. Moreover, they check that the stand is completely and securely wrapped up and loaded onto our vans along with your stock, if required/requested.

In addition to this, we can transport your stock to and from the event safely and securely. However, if your company and the event are in Europe, we recommend sending your stock directly to the venue.

Are Your Freight Services Available Outside of the UK?

Our freight services are limited to the transportation of exhibition stands and exhibition-related products as a part of our overall service to design and build exhibition stands. We do not offer a standard freight service for anything outside of events/exhibitions in the UK or outside of the UK.

Due to recent Brexit legislation, we can’t use our build staff to drive the stands from the UK to mainland Europe. Now we use a local courier instead. As they are located on the same road as our workshop in Redditch, we can quickly load the exhibition goods onto their vehicle for transportation to the country. Our staff then meets them at the other end to unload at the venue.

For freight services outside the UK and Europe, we utilise a network of local stand-build partners to manage this process. International areas where we have partners are America, Dubai, Singapore, and China.

FAQs

If you are exhibiting in the UK, you are welcome to ship your goods to us pre-show so that we can transport them with the rest of the stand. This will save you costs as venues charge a fee to take in your stock and deliver them to your stand. If you are exhibiting outside of the UK, we would recommend that you use a courier who has experience sending a product that is not planned for sale overseas as it is a little more complicated to export goods.

Get in touch with the person that has been working with you on your exhibition stand to arrange a suitable day and time for a member of Insideout to collect the goods (if they are large products) or to send a courier for a few parcels/boxes.

Depending on the final destination it can take between 1-3 days to deliver an exhibition stand. This will be factored in to the planning stage at the start of the project.
